About Us

A Leading Neighborhood Association

Twin Creek Farms is a gated residential community off Highway 972 just east of Walburg, TX. There are approximately 117 homes. Each home and available building sites sit on at least one acre.  This subdivision is governed by two Property Owners Associations: Phase East (Twin Creek Dr, Polo Bend, Equestrian Way and Apaloosa Way)  and Phase 2 (Highpoint Way,S. Creekway Ln, Highlander Ct and Twin Creekview Ln); for the purpose of maintaining building standards and common use maintenance.
